What is ADHD ?

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterised by inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsiveness. It can affect individuals across the lifespan, though it is most commonly diagnosed during childhood.

  • Viddhakarma: It is done on specific points of the body to release Vata.
