Swarnaprashan is an excellent immune booster in the form of lehyam (which can be licked) given to kids from 0 to 16 yrs of age. It contains medicated ghee and honey along with swarna bhasma, it shall be started from the auspicious day of Pushya Nakshtra. It shall be given daily for a minimum period of 6 months or 9 months (daily dose of Swarnaprashana). Made by a Vaidya Shweta Verma Ayurvedic Pediatrician.

This is a review about the swarnaprasanna kit which we gave to our 2yr kid. We could notice a fair visible behavioural changes within a week of giving swarnaprasanna. My baby was much more active and developed cause n effect reasoning which helped us regulate his tantrums. So we definitely feel that kids with delayed speech or autism will surely be benefited from this product. Talking about the immunity against normal cough, cold fever etc, that still depended on Bangalore weather. We had to give antibiotics to regulate chronic cough, fever etc. But after using 1 tube(20ml) on daily basis without any miss, I could notice that the frequency of catching cold reduced. We could send the child to play group for an entire month without miss ( sounds like an achievement 😅). I could also notice that the chronic motion issue also improved for my child. He has started getting regular motions.
